The house is situated on a point of land overlooking the harbour and the Government Dock.  In addition to the house, there is a swimming pool on the property and a dock that runs out onto the harbour from which one may swim.

About Blue Ruin:

The Blue Ruin is a privately owned house that is available for rental. The main house consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, one bedroom has 2 twin beds and one bedroom has 2 twin beds plus 2 fold out beds. All bedrooms and the kitchen are air-conditioned. There is an enclosed terrace, a swimming pool with dressing room, spacious living room, bar and dining room.  There is also a washer and dryer. Seperate from the main house is a Bunk House that has 4 bunk beds and a bathroom.
